Christmas Lingerie

Christmas is the season to rejoice and be joyful. Your man deserve an exceptional night of fun and intimacy. Re- ignite his passion and make it an unforgettable night. The secret is have confidence. You need preparation. Proper dieting and nutrition plus regular exercise is needed to firm up and tone up your body.

Consider nvesting in stripping class where you can learn to strut, dance and strip in style. Put him in the right mood by giving him a glass of wine. Dim the lights and turn on the soft romantic music. The sexy colors for lingerie is red and black. White, grey, purple, royal blue are also the festive season colors. There are different styles available this winter season including retro 60s look with spots and polka dots, oriental design with mandarin shapes and kimono prints and lastly, animal prints which feature animals like tiger , zebra or leopard.

You may want your man to get in on the act. Let him take charge and slowly remove the different pieces from the bra, panty to the stockings. Find out his secret fantasy and both of you can role play together.

You need the right costume to dazzle your man. There are plenty of costumes out there with different themes such as Santa's helper, French maid, Wonder Woman, Cow-girl, Devil and many others. In fact, you don't even need to take off the costume skirt when you are having sex. Heighten his excitement and tension by having as many layers of clothing as possible.

You can start off with a night robe. The next layer can be a chemise, camisole and bustier. Get a see-through chemise to bring up the temperature. Another key idea is expose as much skin as possible. So ideally a chemise will do. .

Finally, he will reach the final layer of undergarment. Wear a bra that fits you. Make sure that bra is not too big and hides your ample bosom. Push up bras do enhance the cleavage. Strapless bras turn me on too. Without doubt, lacy bras are the most ideal for a night of intimacy with your man. I also like bras with bows , ribbons and embrodiery for an added touch of femminity.Silk, leather and satin are alternative lingerie material.

As I have mentioned earlier the more skin you show the better it. If you got a great body and you are not afraid to flaunt it, show off your body by wearing a thong. When passion are flaming hot and there is not a moment to spare you can leave it on during sex. To tease him further, you can wear a face mask too.

For an added sparkle, you may want to get a crystal bra. This doesn't come cheap but rest assured it is a fraction of what a diamond studded bra would cost! Other innovative ideas include wearing a candy bra and panty. Make sure you are washed thoroughly before eating.

If you like skin tight lingerie to reveal your curves, you can choose from a variety of items such as a bodysuit, corset, body stocking or teddy. If you have comfort in mind, a loose fitting item such as a baby doll would be your ideal choice. I like see -through baby doll with slits in front to reveal more skin.

Tips For Choosing A Buyer's Real Estate Agent

If you have ever bought a home you know how important it is to choose a good real state agent. The right agent can help you find the perfect home to match your needs. Most people, however, find it hard to look for a good agent. In this article we will explain how to find the perfect agent for your needs.

The first thing you should do when choosing your agent is to see how honest they are. Call the ethics board and make sure they haven?t done anything illegal or unethical. Getting an honest real estate agent is very crucial to making sure everything goes smoothly.

The next step is to make sure you find a real estate agent who works in your area and other areas. If you select an agent who only will deal with people in your area then it will be harder for them to find people who are selling houses.

Make sure your real estate agent is friendly. If your agent isn?t friendly not only will it ruin your time of looking around they may repulse some sellers. You need someone who has a positive attitude and believes they can find the house of your dreams.

Try to find an agent in a realty company. Even if the company is only a small one it still gives some insurance to the buyer. It also means that the agent has the proper training and connections to help in your search for the perfect home.

Lastly make sure you like your agent. While a lot of people don?t think you need to like the company of the person you work with for a successful business they are wrong. If you find your agent repulsive then it will be hard for you to successfully work with them to find a house.

Following these basic steps you should be able to find a good agent when buying a home. However, the first thing to check for will be to make sure your agent is in fact an agent. Always check to make sure they are who they say they are.

Don't think that these precautions suggest that most Realtors are dishonest. In fact, most Realtors I have dealt with were fine - but you may as well find the best!

Laptop Skins Enhance the Computer Experience

As the technology improves, you may notice laptop clamshells appear sleeker and thinner than ever before. Many are made available in standard colors like slate blue and silver, yet are still attractive and functional.

Of course, no two laptop users are the same, just as no two laptops are used for the same purpose. The serious businessperson will appreciate the design of his laptop as is, and leave all the necessary bells and whistles on the hard drive. For the creative user who wishes to establish an identity, a laptop skin may be the ticket for computer enhancement.

What is a laptop skin? Essentially, it is a vinyl covering that affixes to the top shell of the laptop computer. As you open your laptop to work, whether at school or the coffeehouse, people will be able to see the design of your choosing. Think of it as wallpaper for the outside of the computer. Laptop skins may replicate famous artworks or display logos of favorite sports team, or may enhance the look of your computer with a psychedelic or quirky design.

A quick Internet search for laptop skins will land you hundred of leads on retailers. Depending upon the style and size of the skin, you can expect to pay at least twenty dollars to dress up your computer.

Why do you need a laptop skin? Some might dismiss skins as a frivolity, but under certain circumstances laptop skins can be quite functional.

Identity

When you create a custom designed laptop skin, you are creating an identity. In a sea of conformity, where everybody uses similar styles of computers, one can get lost. Having a laptop skin reflects your personality and may even establish your unique qualities. Plus, if you're in a crowd and have set down your computer, you will be able to find it much more quickly!

Protection

Depending upon the style of skin you use, you might find it protects the clamshell quite well. Having a laptop skin can guard your shell from dings and scratches and whatever else befalls a computer during transit.

Marketing

A custom laptop skin can enhance your brand, which is especially helpful if you sell products. Create a custom skin with your business logo, URL, or phone number. Your laptop becomes a small billboard that everybody will see as you work in coffee shops or other public places that offer free wireless. Twenty dollars is great investment for lasting advertising.

Whether you use your laptop for business or pleasure, you can jazz up the staid appearance with a functional, attractive skin. Show your true colors!

The Backgammon Board Game Has Stood The Test Of Time

With all the amazing social and technological changes over the last five thousands years of human history, the way the backgammon board game has stood the test of time is quite amazing. Researchers have discovered that the origins of the familiar backgammon setup the board divided into its twenty-four alternately colored, narrow triangular divisions, the fifteen counters per player, the dice and the dice shaker, all have a story to tell going back to the earliest recorded times. The exact inventor of the game of backgammon has been lost in the mists of time. All the evidence points to him or her having lived in the area now absorbed by the modern states of Iraq and Iran but no personal details have survived.

So, it must be left to the imagination to picture the first backgammon set up in the market place of a mud brick village after the hard days labor in the fields has come to a close and the workers seek to relax. We may wonder who was the first one to carve out the divisions of the backgammon board, to shake the dice and probably place the smooth stones that might have served for counters in their positions? Although it is unlikely the identity of the games inventor is ever going to be revealed in some archaeological dig, millions of people from all around the world can feel a sense of gratitude to this unknown figure for creating one of their favorite games.

The Romans soon caught on to the potential of the backgammon for gambling and enthusiasm for the game reached the throne of Caesar himself. Certainly, we can say it contributed to Roman civilization far more than the more bloodthirsty pastimes the Romans beloved. Wherever the Roman Empire reached, its soldiers and merchants brought the game of backgammon. The game became very popular in Europe and from here it was taken to the Americas. By the eighteenth century the backgammon instructions were brought to the printing house by an English player and game continued to go from strength to strength. The development of mass manufacturing and the retail trade made cheap, mass-produced backgammon sets readily available and through presents to children, many more new players were introduced to the game.

The last fifteen years or so have witnessed a dramatic explosion in interest in backgammon. For the most part this has been the consequence of the successful development of backgammon software. Many Internet sites offer a backgammon download that brings a brilliant 3-D virtual version of backgammon to the computer screen. By providing clear instructions on how to play backgammon, and offering free backgammon online, the gaming site developers have attracted a whole new audience. The people playing backgammon online range from the experienced players who are well versed in backgammon strategy and convinced they can win significant cash with their playing and gambling skills, to the novice players who enjoy the chance to build up their skills by playing against a sophisticated backgammon computer. When grouped together they represent a major advancement of an ancient game into an ultra-modern setting

Expert backgammon writer Gene Marshall is commissioned by several recognized online backgammon magazines. The author writes commentaries about backgammon setup and advanced backgammon strategy. More info and articles by Gene Marshall on the topic of backgammon are obtainable on line.

Ticket To Ride Board Game Night

My husband and I went to our friend's house Saturday night for board game night! When we get together with these friends we usually play Settlers of Catan, Phase 10 or Blokus. Our friends acquired a new game recently, Ticket to Ride. So we opted to play Ticket to Ride for a new experience.

Like some of the other Board Games, Ticket to Ride is a very fun strategy board game. Each person starts out with 48 individual train pieces. You are also given three destination cards. The destination cards list two cities that you must connect together with your trains. They also list a point value. Some of these cards are easy to connect and are only worth a few points. Others are more complicated and can get you 20 or more points. The catch is that if you do not connect your destinations then you receive negative points. You are allowed to discard one of these destinations but must make the other two.

Another component of the game is train cards. These cards can be one of eight different colors and then there are also wild cards. You need to collect these cards in order to place your trains on the board. Some routes on the board can be linked by any color and others indicate a specific color. Besides being various colors, these routes also vary in length; routes can be anywhere from one to six trains long.

Points are given according to the length of the routes you build. One train is worth one point whereas a train six long is worth 15 points. The person who has the longest continuous route receives and extra ten points.

We played two games Saturday night. The first game my husband and I were trying to figure out all the rules and strategies to the game. My husband still managed to win even though we had never played before. Part of the reason he won was due to our friends turning against each other at the end of the game causing one of them to lose a bunch of her points because she could not complete her destination cards. I did not feel too bad because she caused me to lose points by blocking my route and making me miss my destination as well. Ticket to Ride can get a little ruthless at the end when everyone is battling to make their destinations. The game gets pretty intense but very fun.

The second game we all understood how to play so it was every man for himself! I wound up kicking butt on the second game. I started out with three high scoring complicated destinations but managed to make them all without anyone getting in my way. I had the whole west coast of the US to myself for the first half of the game. This allowed me to get my destinations before everyone else. It got a little intense for me trying to make my last destination because it stretched all the way across the board from Vancouver to Montreal. Luckily I was able to get there before anyone had a chance to mess up my route. I also was able to continue my train route down the bottom as well giving me the longest route. My train stretched around most of the outer border of the US. No one else was even close to taking the longest train route away from me. I also managed to place trains in several places that were five or six trains long giving me more points.

Overall we really enjoyed playing Ticket to Ride. Of course it didn't hurt that my husband and I each one a game. I would definitely recommend this game to anyone looking for a little challenge and fun. Another great thing about Ticket to Ride is the length of time it takes to play the game. It is relatively fast paced and a game can be completed within 30-60 minutes. So it is not a board game that goes on and on like monopoly. I liked that we were able to play a couple games allowing more people to have a chance at winning. Ticket to Ride is a Board Game that can be quickly learned and the rules are very easy to understand. I highly recommend buying this game for some family fun or fun with friends!

Change Your Outlook on Change

D.Make no mistake about it, change is challenging whether it is conscious or unexpected.  Viewing adversity as change, not loss or failure, is part of empowered and positive thinking.  Humans develop resiliency through change, both physiologically, and emotionally

Make no mistake about it, change is challenging whether it is conscious or unexpected.  Viewing adversity as change, not loss or failure, is part of empowered and positive thinking.  Humans develop resiliency through change, both physiologically, and emotionally

Its necessary for all life forms to evolve.  Change comes though many vehicles some hit us hard, others are rather sneaky.  But despite the challenges change brings, we know it is our natural state.  Its inevitable the world grows and we grow with it fueled by our emotions.  We are already designed to cry, express sorrow, frustration, anger, resentment, even give up for awhile and most of us choose to explore these feelings. But we are also designed to have hope, recover, be stronger, and inspire others as a result of change.  You are never, never alone because emotion gives us plenty in common - as a society, we are not yet Vulcans.

What makes one person triumphantly survive loss and turn it into positive energy, while another in similar circumstances resign?  It has to do with our underlying assumptions on change.  I have two very dear friends; each have had a double mastectomy from breast cancer.  Losing body parts is devastating, not to mention living with the daily uncertainty of not knowing whether you continue to remain in remission.  Yet one woman has forged ahead as a life-force warrior, focusing on triumphs and wins of today.  She doesnt look back.  The other has difficulty moving forward not engaging in work outside her home, quitting her job, waiting for something to happen while in a state of self-imposed limbo.   Theyve processed their information in completely different ways.  Why?

Its because people want certainty before they decide to accept change.  Its a natural reaction.  Certainly our culture has become more comfortable with making choices that have predictable outcomes.  A current cultural disease we suffer from is predictability, reflected in our inability to accept change at a deeply personal level.  It applies across the board to choices we make with our finances, careers, or our relationships.  Science, especially when applied to health issues, has given us a false security blanket when it comes to certainty. After all, it seems weve been able to control nature. We like to think weve cornered the market on predictability and good planning, when the truth is we live in a time where prediction is more intuition and common sense than science.  To embrace change, we need to release the umbilical cord we think we have to outcomes of certainty.  In other words, stepping off of the plateau requires a huge amount of trust.  Your fall will be broken somewhere at the right time. Believing that is what allows us to cope.  It is the first step, unsupported by any scientific doctrine.  And its a big one.

No matter what science pronounces, whether it is in the form of a diagnosis, prognosis, or the state of the environment, there is no sure thing.   Science has already given us permission to accept truth with a margin of error in just about anything.  There is always the possibility something may exist, or not exist, despite what patterns indicate.  Truly, it is a useless endeavor to let science, or proof for that matter, hold you back from moving forward. Whether it is health, or other issues surrounding job loss, divorce, or death, you will successfully navigate through change and elevate the quality of your life by knowing anyone can beat the odds.  There is evidence everywhere, not just from Christopher Reeves, Mattie Stepanak, or those whose stories you find in People magazine, but from the dry cleaner, your third cousin, your own child.  Almost everyone you know has a story of beating the odds.  Lets pay attention to the real evidence instead of looking for ways to prove that we cant make it or the odds are just too great.

Adopting a new attitude on adversity requires big picture thinking on the subject of change.  View life, and spiritual development for that matter, as an upward spiral where you experience some of the same lessons over and over again.  Is it because we just arent getting what the lesson is telling us?  Perhaps, but thats not the only reason.  Weve deliberately put those circumstances in our chart in frequent doses to allow ourselves an opportunity to see how weve been progressing on the upward part of that growth spiral.  Adversity is an inescapable performance indicator a frequent reminder of our upcoming 360-degree review in how we handle the bumps.  We are meant to be a stronger, more insightful person each time we get walloped.  With each business obstacle, make a stronger commitment toward your goal of service to humanity; each time you grieve, become better at comforting others and showing compassion; after each funeral, return home knowing life is a precious gift.  With all setbacks, it drives the point home on the one true certainty in life and that is we must use our time wisely to make conscious change in the world. Change is designed to get outside of ourselves and become conscious of our place within a community of souls.  Without change, there is no transformation. Change is good, making us stir the self-development pot a little faster!

Understanding Your Local Real Estate Market

Many people mistakenly rely on national trends when evaluating the real estate market. The key is to focus on and understand your local market.

The housing market is booming! The housing market is in a downturn. The housing market is expected to do go up or down over the next year. These are all statements you will hear from time to time from alleged real estate gurus on television or radio shows. Should you pay attention to these predictions? No. First, pundits are famous for getting it wrong. More importantly, these individuals are talking about national trends, not your local market. The two markets are distinctly different.

Focusing on your local real estate market is the key to evaluating real estate deals. That being said, it can be a bit tougher to evaluate since there is often less information on particular areas versus the national situation. To understand your real estate market, here are a few things to focus on.

Job growth is the fuel of many real estate markets. Where there is strong growth, there are new workers. New workers need someplace to live. A vast percentage of these people will be moving in from another area and often are bringing money from a previous home. If job growth is strong, your real estate market should be stable and showing appreciation.

New construction is another area to consider when evaluating your market. In this case, we are focusing on supply and demand. The more homes available to buyers, the harder it will be for sellers to move properties. Most communities have some new construction, but the key is to determine if it is outpacing the demand. Las Vegas, for instance, is a city that is realizing serious population increases each year. That being said, the real estate market in the summer of 2006 is very tepid because the construction of new homes has saturated the market. When evaluating your local real estate market, try to get a feel for such an issue.

A secret to evaluating your local real estate market is to look at people around you. One sign of a hot real estate market is the number of people who suddenly become real estate investors. These tend to be people using the equity in their primary home to make secondary purchases. There is no statistical analysis for this factor. Just keep an ear out for friends or neighbors who are suddenly investing in multiple properties.

Trends in the national real estate market are interesting, but often irrelevant when evaluating your local market. Focus on your area and you should be able to better evaluate whether you should sell, hold or buy properties.

Backpacking in New Zealand How to Get Amongst the Locals & Experience Things Off The Tourist Trail

A great way for backpackers to get a taste of the real New Zealand is to seek out local events and festivals in smaller towns and communities. Take your time to chill out in one place for a while and you will be surprised how much more you can deepen your experience by getting amongst the local scene.

One festival not to be missed is the legendary Wild Foods festival held annually in a small town on the West Coast of the South Island called Hokitika.

Due to the isolated location of the West Coast the 'Coasters' have always done things their own way, paying little attention to how the rest of the world lives. The festival is a prime example of this, as it show cases the rather random delicacies of the coast and the local characters that live there. You name it, is on offer and both locals and tourists come from afar to challenge themselves to eat the huge selection of wild foods.

Some of the more memorable dishes at this years festivalincluded Mountain Oysters (goat testicles); huhu grubs that were very much alive; eel spine, marinated duck tongue; semen sauce; cow tit; seagull turd; rotten fish eyes and possum pie. MMMMMM Yuk! Funnily enough there was such a high demand for the live huhu grubs that they sold out. The atmosphere is awesome as everywhere you look people are egging their friends on encouraging them to try the most vulgar of the vulgar wild foods on offer.

A few of the more tame - or should we say edible foods - included Bambi burgers, white bait fritters, homemade fudge, pickled punga (native fern), mussels and wild pork.

Let's not forget that there is also plenty of booze and live music (hillbilly style) at the festival for those who like a drink or three and a bit of a boogie. The locally brewed Monteiths Ale was flowing from mid day along with a selection of New Zealand wines.

Hokitika has a population of about 6,000 and with more than 10,000 people attending the Wild Foods Festival accommodation options get rather interesting. So where does everyone sleep? The local fire brigade set up a couple of large camp sites right by the beach which over flows with tents and campervans. The setting is to die for... right at your doorstep is a rugged west coast beach dotted with bonfires as far as one can see which makes for the perfect place to chill out on return from the Hillbilly dance.

On waking early to enjoy watching the sun rise take a stroll and you will discover that the less organised have set up home on the railway track, footpath, under the town clock or in some less fortunate cases in amongst the abundance of porta-loos...

There are many fantastic festivals in New Zealand, so be sure to enquire about what is on and where during your backpacking through our beautiful country, Aotearoa - the Land of the Long White Cloud.

The latest quarterly price index compiled by the University of Ulster shows that the average price of a home was ?153,868, an increase of ?31,000 since last year. Detached houses are experiencing the greatest price rise, showing an average of ?237,749 - an increase of almost 30%.

Belfast has also seen the average house price rising by 23.6%, however Lisburn saw the greatest price hike with the average increasing by 44% The report, which was produce in association with the Housing Executive and the Bank of Ireland, covered 2200 transactions reported by 108 estate agents` firms. Terraced and town houses saw an increase of 29% with semi-detached houses rising by 23% and bungalows rising more steadily by 19.7%. Detached bungalows also failed to match the growth of the rest of the market with a rate of 11.9% reaching an average of ?184,045. Apartment prices continued to show a variable performance over time, rising by 19.2%. In Belfast, the overall average price of a home was ?145,051, whereas South Belfast remained the strongest performing area in the city.

All property types in Lisburn experienced rampant rates of increase. Prices in Craigavon and Armagh also saw a 39% annual rise while Londonderry and Strabane experiencing significant growth at more than 30%. The number of properties with a value of less than ?100,000 also appear to disappearing, with only a fifth of the sales (20%) in the ?50,000 to ?100,000 bracket. Louise Brown, one of the authors of the study, along with Professors Alistair Adair and Stanley McGreal, said it was difficult to see how the growth rate of 25% across Northern Ireland could continue. She said: Having said that, the 25% growth in this survey is not a one-off - it's very comparable with the rates of increase during the second half of 2005. These are boom conditions that appear to be the result of strong investment activity, relatively cheap borrowing costs and an undersupply of properties. Despite the housing boom, the average cost of a house in Northern Ireland is ?30,000 lower than those south of the border.

The average cost of properties are: Lisburn, ?188,772; South Belfast, ?188,069; Enniskillen/Fermanagh/South Tyrone, ?169,402; Mid and South Down, ?167,886; North Down, ?166,264; Coleraine, Limavady and the North Coast, ?165,591; East Belfast, ?165,432; Mid Ulster, ?163,446; Antrim/Ballymena, ?155,319; Craigavon/Armagh, ?144,157; Derry/Strabane, ?140,747; East Antrim, ?120,163; West Belfast, ?113,052; North Belfast, ?107,673.

The cost of living is extremely affordable and can be as extravagant or simple as you prefer. Modern hospitals and healthcare facilities exist on the island, and for very serious issues more advanced hospitals are a short plane ride to the mainland of Honduras.

Roatan Island has an international airport, docks and marinas, banks, grocery stores, and schools. Accessing the island is very easy from anywhere in the world with direct flights being offered by many mainstream airlines. If re-locating to Roatan, some of the top vacation spots in the world are right around the corner. Roatan offers all the amenities you look for in a place to live or raise a family, but offers them at a much lower costs and in a more beautiful and culturally diverse environment.

Roatan has a market for every buyer. If you would like to buy a home as an investment, our real estate agents can help you rent it out and maintain the property while you are away. For the vacationer and free spirit, Roatan offers more affordable housing that will be available to you whenever you decide to visit. For the people who want to make Roatan their home, the options are limited only to the imagination: Lush green tropical hillsides, beachfront property, huge estates, jungle plateaus, or homes near the main cities are all available.

On Roatan people can easily choose between developing property from start to finish, renovating an existing location, or moving into a completed new home. Running hot water, electricity, television, and high-speed internet are all available. The resources on Roatan are available for the business you always wanted to try, or opportunities to take over running businesses. The tourism industry on the island is very active and lucrative as Roatan is a great place to dive and relax all year long.

Honduras is a democracy headed by a President and Legislature, both elected by the voting public. Obtaining residency is easy. Honduran government encourages foreigner investment and has privatized most businesses for that reason. The government will grant citizenship to retirees or people moving into the country and living off of investment incomes or foreign incomes without taxing personal items, vehicles, and appliances brought into the country. The government values stability and over the past 15 years has placed, and continues to place, high importance on foreigners, which is why Honduras laws protect foreign investors just as they would a native. Foreigners can own land and are not required to lease the land.

Your safety is not so much a concern as it is almost guaranteed. The island of Roatan was once under British rule and many island natives speak English. Unlike some other Latin American countries where safety is of high concern, the Honduran government has taken extra precautions in recent years to keep visitors and newcomers safe.

Unlike other Central American cities, Roatan is removed from most mainstream political conflicts. Roatan?s climate is temperate year-round: the average temperature is 81?F. The people are friendly and the prices of property are on a steady increase, but remain affordable. The people of Roatan are kind, the lifestyle is simple. If all of these traits interest you, then Roatan can be your paradise. Honduras is one of the most reasonable priced places to live in the world and Roatan is no different.

Medical Testing: Health By The Numbers Doesn't Work

Perhaps one of the most insidious dangers in modern technology is medical testing. Although it would be nice to be able to visit our doctor and get all hooked up with electrodes, inflatable cuffs, probes, needles and catheters and have a read-out telling us exactly how we are working and where there is a problem, that is a myth, not the reality.

Such testing creates false confidence and the illusion for people that they are being wise and practicing preventive medicine. But prevention is not detecting existing disease. Diagnosis is not to be confused with cause or cure. Not only do patients have these misconceptions, the entire medical industry does as well. Modern medicine is focused on naming diseases and treating symptoms, not preventing disease and addressing causes.

Medical tests (done on yourself or by others) give a false sense of control and knowledge. The better choice is to take every step we can to modify life-style and nutritional habits to actually create health, not simply live life with gusto and have yearly stress tests and mammograms. Waiting for disease (reacting to injury, which disease is) to strike and then taking action is certainly not an intelligent approach.

None of this speaks to the waste in much of the $200+ billion a year that is spent on laboratory and clinical tests. Not only do they drain our economy and not create health, they are often inaccurate and unnecessary. Some 75% of doctors surveyed admitted to performing more tests than necessary. In one study of 25,000 tests, only 20% of them reproduced the same result 90% of the time. In another study, 197 out of 200 were cured by simply repeating the same tests. (Wysong, RL. Laboratory self-testing. Wysong Health Letter. March 1992.)

This brings me to a serious danger of laboratory testing: a false positive or false negative. If the test is falsely positive, the emotional trauma from believing you may have a serious disease can be enough to create a disease. Thus a test can make a well person sick. A false negative could send you on your way happily believing that everything is fine and that no life modifications are necessary. Meanwhile, the disease continues to incubate and spread.

Medical tests have inherent dangers like any other medical procedure and should be submitted to only with that understanding. Even entering a hospital or doctors office poses the risk of exposure to infectious disease (nosocomial infection). A sterile needle to draw blood could result in a fatal (albeit rare) systemic infection. Squeezing breasts for a mammogram can activate dormant cancerous tissue and increase the spread of cancerous cells (metastases) by 80%. (Greenburg, DS. NCI blasted for mammography confusion. The Lancet. 345(8942): 129.) Pap smears are performed millions of times a year yet have never been proven to change morbidity or mortality. (McCormick, JS. Cervical smears: a questionable practice? The Lancet. 2: 207-209. 1989.) Ultrasound may influence fetal growth. (Newnham, JP, et al. Effects of frequent ultrasound during pregnancy: a randomized controlled trial. The Lancet. 342(8876): 887-91.) X-rays are always dangerous (carcinogenic) and their effects are cumulative over a lifetime. Vaginal and rectal exams can introduce infection. Cancers penetrated with biopsy needles may increase the spread of cancer to sentinel lymph nodes by as much as 50% over lump excision. It is estimated 1 in 20 liver biopsies result in new tumors. (Evans, GH, et al. Safety of and necessity for needle biopsy of liver tumours. The Lancet. 1: 620. 1987.) Let the buyer (patient) beware.
Health is something you do to yourself, not something others do to you with machines or analysis. Health by the numbers of cholesterol, blood pressure, prostate antigens, white cell count and the like is a fantasy. Subscribing to this idea will start you on a slippery slope of medications, medications to treat the side effects of medications, surgeries and other interventions that destroy health, not build it.

This is not to suggest that diagnostic tests are not important for refractory diseases or those to which no reasonable cause can be assigned. But as a preventive measure for healthy individuals the benefits of the practice are dubious at best. (See article on medicine as the greatest threat to health http://www.wysong.net/health/post77061902.shtml by the author.)

The best test of health is to evaluate yourself. If you feel well, leave well enough alone, no medical test should convince you otherwise. The best test is to examine your life-style and nutritional practices against the standard of genetic context. We are adapted to fresh air and water, sunshine, exercise and fresh natural foods. (See CD the master key http://wysong.net/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&StoreCode=WOTTPWS&ProductCode=EDCD21&CategoryCode=EDUAIDS&ProductCount=0 by the author). If you are not living as you are genetically programmed, do it. By so doing you will not only be preventing, but reversing disease. Its easy, cheap and has passed the test of time in being the best medicine ever invented.

Anabolic Hormones - A Two-Edged SwordDr Randy WysongWhen I was a young boy, emerging muscles were the coolest thing. If a vein popped out a little, that was even more awesome. There were no fitness centers or body building gyms to amount to anything back then (Stone Age). If you aspired to brawn, Charles Atlas paraphernalia advertised in comic books was guaranteed to help you turn the cards on the guy who kicked sand in your face on the beach last summer.

Back then, muscles seemed more legitimate if you earned them from work on the farm or from other labor. Muscles from exercise were thought of as sort of artificial. So I did lots of farm work and construction in the summers. But leaving nothing to chance, I also cheated by building my own weight set with a pipe that I would insert into the holes of cement blocks.

My dad was of the school that I had better be careful or I could get all muscle bound if I exercised too much. I guess he must have worried as he saw me in the back yard hoisting my pipe with blocks dangling from each end. But I loved the exercise and reveled in the pumped feeling in my biceps.

Sorry to sound so narcissistic. But its the way all of us guys thought. We would even compare bumps on the school bus every morning and banter about who could do the most push-ups. This is not to say muscles and fitness are still not important to me, but now I focus primarily on exercise that will help me stay healthy, in shape and trained for the competitive sports I play.

I bring this up not to brag or appall you, but as a backdrop for the current situation in the sport and bodybuilding worlds. Now that society is off the farm, exercise has become a perfectly legitimate way to replace the physical activity lost with modern living. The use of hormones to force the body to grow in a way it would never do naturally, however, is a perversion of what should be clean and healthy personal development. Anabolic hormones totally miss the point of it all. The freaky bodies that can result are aberrations, yet magazines are filled with their photo spreads as if drug induced bodies are icons we should emulate and aspire to.

Aside from the fact that only people with natural bodies and developed talents should compete in sports (otherwise drugs are competing, not athletes), the real tragedy is the toll on health any hormone can take. Of all the drugs I used in medical practice, hormones scared me the most. They could create dramatic and immediate results (and that is their allure), but hormone treatment continued for any length of time always seemed to come back to harm the patient and haunt me.

An example in humans is the use of testosterone patches in women to increase libido. Take them very long and although your passion may be triggered, your voice will deepen and a beard will start to grow (not so good for the libido of the husband). Corticosteroids for allergies can result in extremely serious adrenal gland diseases, immune suppression and vulnerability to infection. In veterinary medicine the same things can happen. One situation I am reminded of that occurred many years ago was related to hormones given to dogs for birth control. Years after discontinuing the drugs, treated dogs would present to veterinarians with life threatening illness, extreme thirst and white blood cell counts off the charts. When their enlarged abdomens were surgically explored, a gigantic uterus would be found filled with pus quarts of it! All this just because a little ole hormone was given years ago without a hint of an immediate ill effect.

You see, the body is extremely wise. It is not fooled or endlessly forgiving. If you break your arm and put it in a sling, the muscles dont grow bigger, they atrophy. Why? Because the body is also efficient. Why grow muscles or even maintain them if they are not needed? When the sling is removed, the arm will have lost much of its strength. The body shuttled its resources into building bigger muscles in the arm that had to do double duty. Its a very pragmatic thing. The body doesnt pay attention to your agenda; it just does what it must to stay alive, make do and meet stress.

The same thing would happen to both arms to your whole body if you had servants do everything for you as you reclined in an easy-chair. Then, if all of a sudden you had to get out of the chair and run a mile or lift 200 pounds to survive, you wouldnt make it. Your wasted and weak body could not rise to the challenge.

Hormones are like a metabolic sling placed on the hormone producing glandstesticles, ovaries, adrenal, thyroid, pituitary, etc. They replace the hormones that the glands normally produce. When this happens there is a negative feed-back: the more hormones from the outside that are introduced into the body, the less the glands do what they no longer need to synthesize hormones. So the metabolic muscles (glands) that create hormones atrophy. If all of a sudden the outside source of hormones is withdrawn, your weak and withered organs may then not have the strength to take up the task again and supply hormones. Since about every function in the body is hormone-influenced, and every hormone interacts with every other hormone in some way, catastrophe results. Is it any wonder that modern anabolic body builders are also racked with heart disease, cancer, immune disorders, digestive failure and metabolic disorders in their (early) later years? The use of anabolic hormones is most certainly a case of desire being a ruinous tenant of its landlord, the body.

Consider this also with regard to anabolics. A normal body weight of 170 lbs. can be changed to 250 lbs. of solid muscle. To get there, massive amounts of food have to be consumed. Yet digestive muscle is not being built to keep pace, So the digestive tract and associated organs (liver, pancreas, gall bladder) suited for maintaining a 170 lb. body is forced to digest and assimilate extremely large amounts of food? The result is digestive exhaustion and resultant damage that can last a lifetime. Most of us suffer some digestive problems and intolerances as we age due in large part to eating abuses when we were young. Note the number of television commercials hawking stomach remedies. Body builders force feeding can exaggerate this damage leaving a ruined digestive system tolerant of little more than Maalox..

A huge number of high school kids are trying to get big with steroids. What an incredibly dangerous proposition for them. Parents, be aware that this is not innocuous. If the plea is that a little wont hurt, particularly if they are cycled properly, dont buy it. If the argument is that taking them is the only way to excel in a sport, then change sports. Insist.

For you adults who are toying with the idea of taking hormones for one reason or another, think long and hard. Read the contraindications and cautions on the drug insert sheets. Take heed. Find other ways to stimulate your bodys own natural ability to enhance or improve itself through exercise, lifestyle and nutrition. Dont put your organs in slings and then expect long-term benefit.

The piper will always be paid.

Health And The Economy Dr Randy WysongWe normally do not think that health is related to economics other than with regard to the costs of medical care. But there is another more fundamental way money impacts our wellbeing. If you could not pay your bills or had to worry about where the next meal would come from, would you be thinking about health, or survival? When we are trying to stay alive moment-to-moment we dont think about food choices, supplements, organic farming, animal welfare or environmental issues. Those considerations are a luxury dependent upon economic capability. But they are a luxury we must have if we are to live a reflective life and survive on planet Earth. Without a robust economy, you can pretty much forget about people being environmental, health conscious, or even civil to one another. In starving nations, war is endemic, disease rampant and the environment is only a raw material to be ravaged to hopefully live to the next day.

The emerging world economy will ultimately place great economic stress on the United States. It already has. Thousands of jobs are being lost to overseas companies employing workers requiring a fraction of the wages demanded here. People in America increasingly try to maintain a standard of living through debt. This is great for all the banks popping up on almost every street corner, but bad for the people. Just in the past year there have been almost two million personal bankruptcies declared.

To compete in the marketplace, companies must keep their costs down. If that means shifting manufacturing elsewhere, thats what will be done. India, China and other Eastern rim countries are the beneficiaries of this shift in manufacturing and labor pool. While American workers are clamoring for things to return to the way they were with high wages and generous benefits, workers in developing countries are happy as can be having a job for five dollars a day.

This trend will not go away with buy American banners or political rhetoric about treaties, minimum wages and outsourcing. The global economy is here to stay and that will mean the American standard of living will retract and the developing worlds will improve. Expect a decline in the standard of living, falling wages and investment insecurity.

Government is not the solution, since it produces nothing but only takes. Government saps an economy, it does not create it. The more that government is hands off, the better the economic vitality. A robust private sector economy (environmentally responsible), on the other hand, is not the enemy as it is so often portrayed, but is critical to financial vitality. Capitalism is not in itself a demon since it merely provides the mechanism for prosperity and with that the opportunity for a society to focus on matters of health and altruism. It works well if ambition and hard work, not merely greed, are its tools.

The inevitable decline of our standard of living is an inevitable and irreversible trend for the foreseeable future. It should concern us not because we want to see American super abundance continue, but because those who are unaware and get caught as casualties in this economic downturn will suffer in so many ways. The world is no longer business as usual.

Good health is not just about diets, supplements, organic foods and aerobics. Its also about being safe, like driving carefully, not standing on the top of a stepladder, wearing safety glasses when chipping stone...and working hard, keeping our financial house in order and supporting societal choices that do the same.

Life is not surety, and neither is our economy. Nevertheless, hard work and prudent management will never be replaced and is as close to security as we can ever get. It, not entitlements and guarantees, is what ultimately creates the financial footing we need for good health and a sustainable, better and more peaceful world.

Backgammon Tricks For a Great Game

Backgammon is a game that can easily change because of the variety of moves possible at one point. If you are a rookie then some of the tips are ment to teach you how to play and other to provide you some prospect of the game's strategy and help you win.

During the game try to stay focused on your moves and try to picture the next move. Don't hurry and thing twice before making a move, and always watch your opponents moves very carefully.

Try to anticipate the other player's next move and move in such a way that you don't give him any advantage.

Don't try to play too aggressive. Revise your strategy and try to put your own pieces to safety rather than attacking the pieces of your opponent. The most important thing is the win not to hit off all of his pieces.

If the other player gets points early in the game try sticking to him and don't let him get too much ahead.

Try placing your pieces in strategic locations on the game board so that you block your opponent's moves. This way you gain a big advantage and get very close to winning the game.

Try to always have an even number of pieces on the slots so that you avoid being hit by your opponent. This way you avoid losing important points. If you are to make a decision between hitting or getting a point you should hit but only if after that you can't be hit in return. You will take off one of his pieces and will give you an advantage.

The bar point is known for giving your seven points. This is a risky position, which is why it is more valuable. If given the choice, head over and take a four or five point because these are more secure areas, where you can't easily lose your pieces as you can in the seven position.

When you roll the dice they will tell you how many pieces you can make and what moves can and can't be done. Always keep an eye on the dice and be sure that both you and your opponent move according to what they show.

Community First House Second!

Moving can be a stressful time, especially when individuals are being relocated due to employment and not necessarily by choice. Families are often overwhelmed with the sudden move, and anxious about buying the right house.

In my experience, much of the stress and anxiety can be eliminated if buyers will follow one simple rule. Choose the community first! Too many times, buyers are focused on the brick and mortar house in which to move. They are often overwhelmed with the numbers of homes from which they must choose, and often choose quickly! While selecting a house that falls within your needs is extremely important, I believe it should take back seat to finding the best community first. If you buy your dream home that is located in the wrong end of town to fit your lifestyle, you may feel that your dream has become a nightmare quickly!

?MAKE A LIST

When thinking about the community, make a list that has your ?must have? and ?wants? regarding your lifestyle written on a list. What activities are you, or your family, currently involved in that you absolutely must continue after the move. If soccer is important to your children, then by all means make sure the community you select supports soccer and has adequate facilities. Swimming, piano, golf, dirt bike riding, running; whatever it is that is your passion and hobby, make sure it is not only available in the community you select, but is also convenient to the home in which you will be living.

?NARROW DOWN BY CITY AND AREA

Once you have a community or city selected, you need to start thinking about which end of town within the selected community you wish to live. Again, be sure to estimate commute time to and from work, practices, etc. Does one end of town have more of the grocery stores that you like? Do you want to be close to the interstate or far away? This will help you decide North, South, East, or West.

?DOUBLE CHECK

Sit down and think about your list in great details. Make sure there is nothing that you need to change. One you make the selection, and commit to purchasing a home in a specific area, you are finally ready to get started.

?FIND YOUR HOME

With your list in hand, research the communities and areas in which you want to live. You should be able to narrow down rather quickly if you want to live North, South, East, or West. Your lifestyle should also point you in the right direction for the city that will suit you best.

?NO PERFECT HOUSE

Now that you know where you want to live, it is time to start looking for homes. Don?t be tempted to look at homes that are not in the area! You?ve got a plan on where you need to live in order to have a successful move! Keep in mind that there are no ?perfect houses? but you can create a perfect home with a little thought and preplanning.

?WORK WITH A REALTOR

Last but not least, make sure you have a relationship with an honest and trustworthy Realtor who will assist you in your move. A Realtor can make a huge difference on how you feel about your real estate transaction. It should be your Realtor's job to make your home buying experience a pleasurable one. After all, using a Realtor is typically FREE for the buyer since the seller pays the commission.

Read Baby a Story Sing a Song

When my youngest was born, nearly forty years ago, I would rock him while nursing him, his three-year-old sister and fifteen-month-old brother in their child-sized rocking chairs. As we rocked, I read stories to the children and sang songs, which I had done from the time my daughter was born. We had a time together three to four times a day when the children listened to the stories and songs, soon learning to sing themselves. Of course, I operated on instinct only, and my children didn't realize that reading and singing wasn't a common occurrence in every home, until they were in school and visited friends' homes and came home shocked. I had been raised by a mother who also read and sang to her children. Neither of us read anywhere that we should; we just did. Now, modern theory, concerning the way infants learn and respond promotes reading and singing to babies in order to boost development of thinking, language, and early reading skills.

According to Reading to Baby, children don't read for two basic reasons: oo much TV and a culture than doesn't value books. Parents and other adults in a child's life can help change this tendency by making reading a part of their lives and reading to their children, setting an example that will encourage children to be lifelong readers.

Reasons for reading to babies and children include parents having fun with their children, as I did with mine, as well as helping youngsters relax and go from bundles of energy to a child ready for naps or bedtime. However reading does much more: It helps develop thinking and language skills, which go hand in hand. Even if infants don't know the meaning of the words they hear, the sounds help their brains learn critical language skills.

Doctors at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, Texas, state that there's only one true method to help infants speak and understand language, and that is to read to them. While infants don't know the meaning of many words, hearing the sounds helps their brains develop critical language skills. It enhances a child's pronunciation of words, expands vocabulary and begins programming the brain for more advanced speech and reading.

Adding singing to the mixture creates even more verbal stimulation to help children develop thinking and language skills later. A panel of experts during a White House symposium stated that parents should sing and talk to even the youngest infants.

Penny Warner, from Parenting Resources of Evenflo says, Singing to baby is one of the best ways to encourage his ability to vocalize in syllables.

Therefore, even before experts agreed, by reading and singing to my children I showed them that I valued books, helped them develop a love of reading and music; and most of all, their development of thinking and language skills were boosted - not bad for doing something I liked to do.

Real Estate That's Out Of Sight

Many real estate investors have been flocking to some of the less expensive or newly appreciating parts of the country and plunking down their hard earned cash in order to get into the game. In this Special Report, we are going to take a look at what you need to know before you invest in real estate that?s out of sight.

One of the mistakes that many real estate investors can make is to confuse what seems like inexpensive investment property with investment property that is a smart buy. This happens especially when real estate investors are used to the high prices of hometowns such as Los Angeles, New York City and Washington D.C. Real Estate investors that hail from these cities must take off their hometown ?real estate goggles? and heed the advice of local experts in the cities they are considering for investment.

Ron Akin, owner of Sunridge Management in Dallas Texas, says, I have seen real estate investors come to Texas from places where the property is expensive, like California, and they get so excited to see apartments selling for $22,000 per door when they are used to $80,000 - $120,000 per door. The key is to understand that what seems inexpensive for your home town does not mean it is inexpensive for our town. There is a lot more to consider than the price of the property before you purchase in a new market.

Once you leave the comfort of your own town to venture out to exciting new real estate destinations, real estate investors need to be aware that if property prices are lower it is also going to mean that rents are most likely lower. Sometimes rents are so low that properties won?t cash flow even if they do seem ?cheap?. Another consideration is maintenance and management expenses. When buying out of state you are going to be at the mercy of someone else watching your building and you aren?t going to have the ability to do things as inexpensively as you would if you were close to your property. Here in L.A. I have access to a very large, very reasonable labor pool. In New Jersey, where I own investment property, the available labor pool is extremely limited and at least two to two and a half times as expensive, says real estate investor Sandy Shaud.

When you are considering investing out of town or out of state, one of the first things to do is find a local investment real estate agent. It is crucial to be aware of all of the special considerations of your potential new city. Joanne Ferraro of Prudential Fox and Roach in Margate NJ says, Our city has restrictions on renting, like how many occupants you can have per unit and also restrictions on how you can?t terminate a tenant, even if their lease is up. Unless you get assistance from a local real estate agent, there is no way you can know all that you will need to know as a new property owner in our town.

If you are considering a larger purchase like an apartment building, have a few professional property managers check out the building and the rents and expenses to see if they are realistic. Ron Akin says, I have seen a lot of cases, especially sales of buildings that were managed by private owners, where the number of vacant units or the monthly expenses were not the least bit accurate. A good property manager can review the building and the books and give you their neutral opinion on whether a property can give you the cash flow you are looking for.

Another consideration is property taxes. Property taxes can vary greatly and have a great impact on your bottom line. The latest run up in real estate prices has been great for many real estate investors net worth yet bad for their monthly cash flow. If you own property in an area that reassesses property values every year, you could see a big jump in your tax liability since your property value has gone up. Sandy Shaud says, My property taxes in California are set permanently at 1.25% of the purchase price of my property. In Dallas, where I have a large apartment building, my taxes are about 3% and reassessed every year. Three percent is a huge bite out of my monthly operating budget.

Finally, you want to look at the tenant base and vacancy rate of your potential new investment town. You can buy plenty of inexpensive rental property all across the country, but will you be able to rent it out for at least a break-even cash flow? Again, this is where your local real estate agent comes in handy. They can tell you the going rents and how difficult it is to find tenants in the neighborhood you are considering.

Another consideration is the type of tenants you will most likely attract depending on where you buy. I have an investor who bought a property for $55,000 and it cash flows, but he wants to sell because he is having trouble dealing with the tenants. He bought in a rough part of the city and the occupants of his property are of a different mindset, says Megan Weil of Prudential Fox and Roach in Philadelphia. Frankly, he is scared to deal with them. Sometimes it works out better to buy a more expensive property in a neighborhood where you will be dealing with like-minded tenants, even if the cash flow isn?t as good.

There is a lot to consider before you jump into a real estate investment outside of your home town. Many seasoned investors will not buy out of town or out of state due to the increased expenses of managing a property from afar and the lack of control. Randy Bach, a CPA from Encino, advises, I tell my clients that they shouldn?t buy out of town unless they have the time and money to visit their property at least once a year. Hormoz Azizzadeh, a long time investor in Los Angeles says, I won?t buy rental property out of my area as it is too expensive and difficult to manage from far away.

However, many new real estate investors need to start in less expensive areas, as they don?t have enough money to buy in a more expensive town. Investor Sandy Shaud says, It is possible to have a successful real estate investment outside of your own home town. Just be prudent, do your homework and personally inspect the property and neighborhood. I do not recommend buying property from a meeting or on line without a personal visit.

Have Sexy Curves In Full Figure Lingerie

Have Sexy Curves In Full Figure LingerieSubmitted By: Amanda Cotterill

F or many years, full figure lingerie consisted almost exclusively of granny panties and industrial bras. Times have changed, however, and fuller figured women of today have a plethora of sexy plus size lingerie options from which to choose. Whether you are in the market for a sexy bra and panties set or more exotic items such as bustiers or corsets, read on to discover what you should know about today's full figure lingerie.

Enhance Your Assets

Every woman, no matter what her size, has certain parts of her body that she loves and parts that she hates. The fuller figured woman is no exception. When looking for lingerie, begin by making an honest assessment of your body. Look for lingerie options that enhance your assets while downplaying the areas that you are not as comfortable with. For example, if you love your bust but are less happy with your rear end, why not pair a sexy push-up bra with a pair of matching full-coverage boy shorts? Likewise, remember that a short robe or bed jacket can provide coverage in just the right areas. Look for combinations that work well on your own unique body.

Use Your Advantages

Fuller figured women are able to wear many styles that simply would not work on a smaller woman. Examples include bold patterns and fancy detailing, which overwhelm a smaller frame but look wonderful on a larger framed woman. Look for pieces that are beautifully decorated. Also remember that corsets and other bust enhancing lingerie pieces are perfect on fuller figured women.

Buy the Right Size

Buy for the size you are now, not the size you hope to become. Too often, women of all sizes fail to heed this simple rule, ending up with closets full of too small clothing. Why not enjoy life today, at the exact size that you currently wear? If your size changes tomorrow, buy new clothes tomorrow! For today, make sure that anything you buy fits well and makes you feel beautiful right now.

Make sure you know what size you actually wear. Have measurements taken or take your own. In order to make you look and feel beautiful, your lingerie must fit well. Do not assume that you are the same size you were a year ago.

Work with the Salesperson

If you are not experienced in buying sexy plus size lingerie, work with an experienced salesperson in a dedicated full figure lingerie shop. She will be able to make suggestions that you might never have thought of. She can also help you determine your trouble spots as well as your assets and help you figure out the best combination of camouflage and enhancement.

Throughout much of history, fuller figured women had very few options in lingerie. Times have changed and there is now a plethora of sexy plus size lingerie from which to choose. Spend some time up front trying things on and deciding what styles you like, and you will find that buying beautiful full figure lingerie becomes both fun and easy.

Ladies Do You Want To Feel Sexy? Then Try This

THAT CHEMICAL BOND CALLED SEXY BRA!

Sometime, things just get so darn boring. It makes you see life like a 1950s movie without a touch of color to brighten up the day. But if you thought that there's no way you can perk up, think again.

Resort to some things that will cheer you up, boost your confidence, and eventually make a life that is full of life!

For ladies out there, you may opt for a sexy bra instead of the usual types of brasseries that you have. Most fashion experts contend that wearing sexy things like a sexy bra will definitely make you feel sexy.

However, the big question is: what makes a sexy bra? Is it the material, the design, the color, or the person who is wearing it?

Some of you might prefer to answer with the latter choice in mind. But nevertheless, sexy bra is still a bra and needs a little more positive characteristics to give you the support and comfort that you need.

So, when choosing a sexy bra, it is still important to consider these following pointers so that you'll not only feel sexy but confident and comfortable as well.

1. When you want to show some flesh and your sexy bra might just do the job for you, consider the color of your tops and your sexy bra as well. Do not show beige sexy bra straps under spaghetti-strap tops.

2. Do not wear plastic strap sexy bras with halter-tops. It will not be a pretty sight even if you are wearing a sexy bra.

3. A single hook looks very neat, but it is not practical for fuller busts. A fastening with two or three hooks is much comfortable and supportive even during some hot steamy nights.

4. All straps should have adjustable levels fort the hooks to accommodate fluctuation of weight or washing changes. A stretch sexy bra with Lycra will get bigger over time and may not look sexy anymore, so does a sexy bra woven with a firm cotton material.

5. Women often wear sexy bras that are too tight thinking that it will give their breasts that needed lift. This should not be the case. A sexy bra can give you that much needed lift to show off those eye-popping cleavage at the same time fits just right. With this, you do not only look sexy but more confident.

6. Have a wardrobe of sexy bra. Think of the occasion that will call for it. Sexy bra looks good with laces on and looks even great with evening gowns or even with a simple night lingerie.

Have fun with it!

7. Remember that if your sexy bra lets your breast bulge above the cup or out of the sides near the armpits, creating lumps under the clothes, then the cups are too small.

8. On the other hand, if the cup material puckers or the breast doesn't entirely fill a molded cup, then it is just too big.

9. Likewise, if your sexy bra rides up in the back and is higher than the front, then the band is too long.

10. A nice, comfy sexy bra should never leave red marks on the skin after it's taken off because it means that your sexy bra is just too small.

11. A colorful, laced sexy bra is a definite turn-on. But remember not to wear then under a white or light-colored shirt. This will not make a good impression on you.

12. Do use a matching halter bra and pull it down with a low-back adaptor. This will definitely make you look sexy and cool.

There you have it! Just follow these simple rules on the dos and don'ts of wearing sexy bra and you'll never have an embarrassing moment. Indeed, a sexy bra partnered with a confident wearer equals a one hot summer night.

That is what chemistry is all about!

Home Selling Strategies for a Normalizing Market

After a solid five year run of record home sales, the market is readjusting itself to a more normal level. Most of those who wanted to move have moved. Interest rates are rising again, lowering the upper end ceiling for buyers overall. With buyers qualifying for a lower mortgage today than they might have a year or two ago, the buyer pool for higher priced homes is shrinking. The large inventory of homes currently for sale is resulting in an overall downward trend of housing prices. With increased choices, buyers can be more choosy and take longer to make their decisions. As a result, longer market times may caution a buyer away from a property.

There are three important factors for selling your home in today?s market: condition, price, and time.

Condition reigns supreme over anything else. Buyers have so many choices right now that anything that looks like it needs work can be enough to kill your chances of selling. People prefer move-in condition, so if your property isn?t, you probably need to do what it takes to make it that way. It is worth the money to remove old wallpaper, paint, replace carpet, and replace the roof if it?s almost at the end of its life. Offering an allowance doesn?t work in these market conditions because buyers tend to overinflate the costs of these improvements, anticipating double or triple what it will actually cost you. Plus, with the number of homes for sale, if yours is the one that needs to be painted, chances are it?s also the one that won?t sell. There are exceptions, such as homes that need a complete overhaul, so it?s a good idea to discuss your home and your plans with your listing agent before getting started.

A word about home improvements ? consider improvements as solidifying your home?s value rather than increasing it when deciding on a price range. The kitchen you recently renovated or the room you added may help your home sell more quickly than the one down the street because it?s in better condition, but it won?t necessarily increase your home?s value. If you?re not looking to sell your home right now, spending the money on upkeep and maintenance now can help you avoid needing to spend a lot all at once when it is time to sell.

The second factor is price. You want to have the best price on the market. That doesn?t necessarily mean the lowest price, it means value. It?s a good idea to price your home aggressively because there are so many options available. If there are 40 homes for sale in your price range, you want your home to stand out as the best home for the money.

Misperception or misunderstanding of the current market conditions can lead to improper pricing which in turn can lead to excessive market time or even no sale at all. What you paid for your home or what your neighbors sold their home for last year are irrelevant when deciding on your asking price. Factors you and your Realtor should consider are your home?s current condition, the condition of other homes for sale in your price range, the asking price of homes similar to yours, and which homes are selling and which are not. Accurate pricing from the outset increases the likelihood that your home will find the right buyer quickly. The first three weeks on the market are the most important ? that?s when people are excited to see the new kid on the block. A strategy of starting on the high end and then lowering it over time is rarely successful in a normalizing market. By the time the house is where it should be, interest has peaked and buyers have moved on.

Finally, accept that it still takes time. There are only so many buyers out there and they have a lot of choices. Average market times have been three to four months, so your goal is to reduce the selling time by carefully preparing your home and improving its condition plus adopting an aggressive pricing strategy. Then you just need patience and faith that the right buyer will see your home and decide that?s the home for them.

Everyone?s situation is different, so be sure to discuss your situation with your Realtor and decide on the best strategy for your needs. Today it takes twice as much work to be the best value in your neighborhood. Hard work and diligence can pay off.

Tips to Save You Time and Money When Investing

Here is some valuable and time saving real estate investing tips that will benifit you and most people which you may not be aware of . . .

Everyone?s reason for selling their property is different and the settlement time in which they want (or need) to sell can vary as well.

When a person is selling a property I like to find out what is their level of Motivation to Sell.

What you need to determine is that some vendors are motivated to sell and will look favourably on your offers in order to achieve a quick sale while others have higher and often unrealistic prices that will not be suitable for your investing needs.

What I would suggest is you focus on those who are motivated and spend less time on those who are not. Don?t ever take their rejection of your offer personally,

And please don?t let fear of rejection stop you from making any offers with any types of vendors.

You will quickly find the motivated vendors by making offers, always include a ?subject to? line included in your the offer. (Subject to Finance, Building inspection, etc)

Always treat the vendor as a businesses partner it is merely a transaction between both parties to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

Be polite and respect them, don?t try to burn them. Concentrate on their needs as well. There are always plenty of deals to be had.

If you treat people this way they will be more likely to want to do business with you. Sometimes they will often come back and take another look at your offer if they can?t get their asking price.

Remember there is always more than one way to skin a cat.

Free Anime Movies

The term Anime refers to Japanese animation movies, sometimes called as Japanimation. Japanese comics called Manga heavily influence Anime movies. They are made of bright colors and stylized images with variety of settings and storylines. They cater to a large and varied audience all over the world.

The term Japanimation preceded Anime but has now fallen to disuse. Earlier, in the1970?s and 1980?s the term was common. But in 1990?s, animation movies reached worldwide market, so Japanimation refers now only to domestic animation. In Europe, Japanese animation is also called as Manga after the Japanese comics.

Osamu Tezuka?s ?Astro Boy? in 1963 was the first popular Anime series. In the 1970?s the Japanese animation industry split from its Western roots and started unique genres like Giant Robots. The 1980?s saw a boom in anime production and 1990?s and 2000?s saw the rising popularity of anime in the overseas market. In 2003, Spirited Away won the Oscar for best animated feature.

Anime covers a wide range of genres like science fiction, romance, live action, fantasy, erotica, adventure, and even social commentary. Most Animes come in three formats-films, television series and original video animation. Films are released in theatres and have the highest budgets and the best video quality. Popular Anime films include Akira and Spirited Away. A television series is syndicated and broadcast on T.V. and an original animated video is similar to a made for TV movie.

There?s is a controversy around fan subs that are Animes subtitled by fans and released for download through Bit Torrent and distributed for free. Also problematic are bootleg versions of Animes from Southeast Asia.

Free Anime movies are available at a few sites that allow free downloads of several types of movies or are exclusively dedicated to Anime movies. For example, a new site called Anime Monarchy is a one-stop site for free shows like Pokemon and movie downloads like Kiki?s Delivery Service, Anime games and Anime lyrics. Besides these, Anime Collections.com, 1StopMovies.com and TV Central have free Anime movie downloads.

Why Would anyone Introduce Bacteria into their Body?

You might wonder why someone would actually introduce bacteria into their diet. Bacteria are inhabiting in your body right now, over 3 pounds of it just in your intestines. That by all odds makes you want to run to the doctor's office and pick up a prescription for antibiotics. But before you do, you should realize that not all bacteria are the same. Everyone's body has a combination of good bacteria and bad bacteria living in it. The object is to have more good bacteria than bad, and this is where Probiotics come into play. They replenish the good bacteria and allow it to thrive and crowd out the illness-causing bad bacteria. And overgrowth of bad bacteria can lead to, or complicate a variety of diseases and even in an otherwise fit and fine person can cause diarrhea and abdominal pain. Doctors in Europe have long recommended probiotics to their patients, and finally, many doctors in the United States are starting to follow their lead. Boots Herbal Stores distibutes Viridian probiotics online from http://www.ethicalvitamins.co.uk

Bad bacteria can enter your body in a variety of ways. It's in the food we eat. It's on the door handles that we touch the phones that we answer. In short, bad bacteria are all around us. It enters the body and takes up place to live in the small and large intestine, and once there, it flourishes. It latches on to the intestinal wall and begins to affect digestion. It causes inflammation of the intestinal lining and begins to inhibit the taking-in of many nutrients. It even begins to produce toxic substances, like alcohols and aldehydes. The least serious result of bad bacteria in the gut is gas and bloating, mild abdominal pain, constipation, or diarrhea. But there are serious side effects as well. Overgrowth of bad bacteria is thought to contribute to many of the intestinal disorders we suffer with, like Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Chrones disease, and Leaky Gut Syndrome. All in all, bad bacteria are bad for your body.

Lucky for us, researchers discovered probiotics, or good bacteria. Most of you presumably know more about good bacteria than you think. We've all heard of Acidophilus, right? It is the main culture of most commercially prepared yogurt. We've all been told to look for the label stating Live and Active Cultures. In essence, yogurt is a very weak probiotic. It contains a well-defined strain of bacteria that is normally found in our bodies. But this is not the kind of bacteria that makes us sick. This is a good bacterium. And there are many assorted varieties of it. Good bacteria enter our system, and again take up place in the intestines. It fights with bad bacteria for nutrients and food, and if there are enough good bacteria, it will crowd out the bad and leave us with a more balanced system. It reduces the amounts of toxic substances in the gut and allows for the more effective production of digestive enzymes, such as lactase, which is needed to digest dairy products. In many cases, people with food sensitivities notice a reduction of their symptoms when they begin a long-term regimen of probiotics. Good bacteria also protect the lining of the intestines and allow our bodies to more easily fight off infection.

There are even more benefits to probiotics. Pediatricians in Finland performed a double-blind placebo controlled study with pregnant and nursing women. They found that women taking probiotics during pregnancy and breastfeeding reduced the chance of infants developing eczema, and also helped to prevent allergies in babies. According to Dr. Joseph Mercola, a doctor who uses a combination of holistic measures and standard drugs to treat his patients, taking a probiotic every day can reduce or reverse problems like acne, eczema, psoriasis, bad breath or body odor, developmental delays in some children, yeast infections, high cholesterol levels, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and frequent colds and flu.

So, while we should all presumably take a probiotic every day, there are some times in our lives when we should double up. Antibiotics are quite effective at killing off the bacteria that make us sick, but they also kill off the good bacteria. And science has shown that the bad always grows stressed more quickly. You need to actively replenish your system with probiotics to rebalance your body. You should also increase your probiotic intake after vaccinations, when you are sick with a cold or flu, and any time you have diarrhea.

Also, it is important to note that just eating yogurt is not enough. You need a quality probiotics with at least 10 to 16 sporadic strains of live bacteria. Each strain of bacteria works slightly differently with your body, and some strains only take up abode in the small intestine. Probiotics are available in a powdered capsule form, and also as a liquid mixed with dairy. For children, the capsules can be opened and added to their favorite cold drinks. Many brands suggest refrigeration, and probiotics in general have a relatively short shelf life. In a perfect world, you should never heat a probiotic, or add it to a warm liquid, as this will kill the live cultures. But, a study done by Eyal Raz from the University of California, found that good bacteria is just as effective dead as it is alive.

Your doctor may be able to give you additional information about probiotics, though many doctors in the United States are just learning about these supplements. You may find it helpful to search out a doctor who uses a combination of holistic remedies and alternative therapies. In any case, you should look into probiotics as a way to improve your health.
